Yes. You can upload existing certificates, paperwork and site files on a logbook-only account. These can include as-fit drawings, zone charts, system configurations and manuals. Creating service certificates and job sheets inside NowLogit is part of Service Management.
Yes, when the logbook owner enables public PDF download using the tick-box setting. Scanning the QR sticker with a smart device then opens the owner’s page and makes the current year’s PDF available. This is optional PDF sharing, not access to the full account.
Digital Logbooks covers Fire Safety, Security and General logbooks, QR access, the customer portal, reminders, uploaded documents and PDF archives. Custom sticker design and print are included with the £5 + VAT annual logbook. Service Management adds tools for engineers, call-outs, certificate creation, checklists, job sheets and invoicing.
Digital Logbooks is priced per logbook, per year. Service Management is priced per account, per month. Both displayed platform prices exclude VAT. Ask us to confirm the account setup for your team before you subscribe.
