Ask your own question →Yes. Digital Logbooks can be used on their own for fire, security and general site records. You do not need to take the full Service Management package or install a Live monitoring device just to use a logbook. We can help you choose the right starting point and explain the separate options.
Yes. We can help import customer and site information from a spreadsheet, including contacts and groupings where relevant. Send us an outline of the data you hold so we can agree the import format and check it before loading. Existing documents and forms may need separate preparation; not every historic record transfers automatically.
Yes. Logbooks can be grouped, and access can be assigned to individual logbooks or groups. Customers and engineers can be invited by email to use their own accounts. Tell us who needs to view records and who needs to carry out work so we can demonstrate the appropriate account types, access and charges.
We can review your current PDF or Word forms and adapt suitable content into NowLogit checklists. Configurable fields can include text, numbers, selections and images. Relevant information from previous inspections can be reused, but engineers should review carried-forward details and collect a fresh customer signature for a new inspection.
Yes. Keep tasks pending while you plan the diary, then confirm them when you are ready for engineer notifications. The calendar supports assignments and drag-and-drop scheduling; the map scheduler helps you see where work is located. We can walk through the difference between pending and confirmed tasks in your demo.
Record the work as incomplete or part-complete, add what still needs doing and create a separate follow-up task for the return visit. This keeps the outcome of the original visit visible. For jobs covering several pieces of equipment, we can help you work through how completed items, further work and invoicing should be recorded.
In the current V1 platform, recurring reminders remain tied to their original dates rather than automatically resetting from the actual completion date. When a service is completed late, review the next due date and adjust it where needed. Bring your maintenance schedule to the demo so we can show the practical workflow.
Work can be saved for later review, and the office can check the paperwork before progressing the job. In V1, checklist fields and signatures are not automatically enforced as mandatory before submission, so a review process remains important. We can demonstrate this with a sample of your own paperwork.
Service Management supports QuickBooks and Xero integrations. With QuickBooks, NowLogit-created invoices can be sent across and payment statuses synchronised, but invoices created directly in QuickBooks do not automatically appear in NowLogit. Sage Cloud integration is not currently available. Tell us which accounting system you use so we can demonstrate the supported workflow.
Available logbook records can be exported as PDFs, and individual certificates can be downloaded. V1 does not provide a single full-system export of all your data. Let us know what records you need for handover, reporting or local retention so we can show you the relevant download options.
Compatibility depends on the panel, connection and installation. Basic fire and fault signals and detailed panel information are different levels of monitoring; device or zone views also depend on the available panel data and configured drawings. Share the panel make and model, number of panels and what you want to monitor so we can check the suitable hardware and package.
The current V1 app requires an internet connection. Offline capability is being developed for NowLogit V2, so it should not be relied on as an available V1 feature. Tell us about any sites with limited connectivity and we can discuss the current workflow and its limitations.
NowLogit V2 is in development, with customer feedback helping shape the next generation of the platform. The product screens and workflows shown here are from the current V1 platform. Ask the team for the latest development update, and bring any ideas or workflows you would like us to consider. A release date has not been confirmed.
